I know that each of you reading this are Concerned Americans and are a part of the grassroots movement to Restore Our Nation, and because I know this I want to be sure that all those concerned with our loss of liberty and individual freedom are informed about the most secretive and insidious plan to steal our most basic rights!
Most on this list are aware of the term Agenda 21. Many are also aware of the term Sustainable Development. Another well known phrase is Smart Growth. But are you aware of the terms “Redevelopment”, “Planned Communities”, “Regional Plan”, “Stakeholders”, or “NGOs”?
There may be those who answer yes, however many will also answer no. I, along with all 9-12 Association Board Members, would like to inform as many Americans as possible to the danger we face. Hidden behind a vale of seemingly “nice words and phrases” lurks immediate danger to Texas and all states in our Union.
Some states have already awakened to this danger. Other states are lagging way behind.
Texas is one of those states that is lagging!
While Texans enjoy more freedom than most states currently, all that is about to change.
ICLEI, along with the UN and many US politicians are in the process of destroying our rule of law and way of life. Each little piece they steal from us under their plan (Agenda 21) puts together their puzzle of “Planned, Sustainable Development and Communities”.
To fight the “bit by bit” destruction of our rights, we must educate as many Americans as possible.
Recently, more information has been flowing in regarding the “Workshops and Meetings” to begin the process of implementing their “Regional Plan” for Houston/Galveston and 13 Counties that are a part of H-GAC (Houston-Galveston Area Council).
If we allow this to move forward without any opposition, this will virtually reduce property values in outlaying areas, control ingress and egress of the redeveloped areas, control utilities (water, electric, gas), control the way you travel (bikes will be their preferred method), and housing. Sound Crazy? It is not…if you read their plans, you will clearly see where they are headed, not to mention where you will be trapped.
Truth is, with a little research you will find that their “Agenda for the 21st Century” has already invaded most of your life. They are already into our housing industry. They are into our educational process. They have already implemented their ideal transportation with biking lanes, bike kiosks, electrical stations to recharge your “little doll car”, their control of gas, electric, and water with the smart meters…and more!
In the research of late, many changes have been happening as fast as light travels…this is no joke!
It is our intent to create an Agenda 21 Task Force in the Houston Area. Because Agenda 21 is far reaching and infectious, it will take many volunteers, in a variety of positions, to cover the number of items and entities entangled in it. Examples of what will be needed and they types of committees and commitments are:
1. Research (mostly online) relating to State Legislation, Federal Legislation, PUC Rules and Regulations, UN Agendas & Progress, following H-GAC, vetting politicians and their stance on Agenda 21, look for voting patterns, etc…
2. Workshop Attendees – Volunteer to sit in on the Workshops and Meetings being held by H-GAC or related entities.
3. Follow H-GAC‘s Newsletters and updates. (Currently there are 4 publications put out by various divisions of H-GAC)
4. Volunteers to recruit others, along with themselves to attend meetings held by H-GAC and to notify key personnel when large public attendance is needed to voice opposition to any plan that will steal any individual control or right.
5. Volunteers to watch ICLEI.
6. Volunteers to work to kick ICLEI out of Houston and surrounding towns/cities/villages…and eventually out of Texas.
7. Volunteers to assist in watching, fighting and eliminating Smart Meters in Texas (California Residents managed to get PG&E to back down and PG&E actually requested the CPUC to revamp regulations and give guidelines for residents to opt out and have smart meters removed – This is a Major Development and Success for CA!)
8. An Attorney or Paralegal willing to donate their time and expertise to this project.
I am certain there will also be other categories added as Agenda 21 is so invasive…we would like YOUR Input and Help in forming the committees.
We know that the campaign season is in full swing and will be for quite some time, but we also know that we have very few people working to stop Agenda 21 in our state. We must not ignore this horrible plan to control the world…this is not just happening in the USA, it is Global. If nothing else, you must educate yourself so that you can question all candidates at every level of government about it!
A quick bit of info that may give you whiplash as you give a closer look at Agenda 21 is this:
On January 27th H-GAC will be holding their 2012 General Assembly Annual Meeting at which they will reveal the tally of ballots for their Board’s New Officers…they will then be installed into their new positions. The candidates may surprise you…I know that I was surprised! The nominees are: (they have already been on the board)
- Chair — City of Manvel Mayor Delores Martin
- Chair Elect — Harris County Judge Ed Emmett
- Vice Chair — City of Pasadena Councilman Darrell Morrison

The Speaker at the 2012 Annual Meeting will be State Representative Larry Taylor
This should prove to everyone that it is not just persons on the left filling these positions, and working to install this insane plan! The culprits trying to steal our God Given Rights do not just dwell in one party, they do not just dwell in one state, they do not just dwell in one country…this is world wide…it is a design by elitists, who think they know what you need, when you need it, and they will decide whether you get it or not!
DO NOT BE FOOLED…THIS IS AN ALL OUT ASSAULT ON FREEDOM!
I cannot encourage you enough to attend the meeting on February 11th! There will be sign up sheets for the various committees and positions for those who wish to volunteer to help lead this fight. THIS is the battle of our lifetime!

Your views are completely mis-guided. How can you say that planning a better city that is easier to get around, have cleaner air, safer, and better environments for our family is some utopian conspiracy. No one involved in sustainability and planned communities are trying to take away anyones liberties.

It is not us who are misguided, it is people like yourself who are not looking at all the information out there. IF, and I know that is a big IF, you do your own research…be sure to go back to the ORIGINAL source. IF you do, you will find that all of this “Sustainability” began with United Nations and an entity called ICLEI, even the TERM started with them. ICLEI used to stand for “International Counsil on Local Environmental Issues”, since the word “International” pretty much gives their Agenda away, they have now changed their name, not their acronym, but their name to “ICLEI Local Governments for Sustainability”.
Each and Every Community in the USA and around the world that implements ICLEI’s plan (by the way, all communities in the USA now have this plan) is done so to “control the population”. While not all cities or towns are aware of the ultimate goal, the UN and those behind Agenda 21 do….and it is total control. The so called Elites of the world behind ICLEI and the UN, think they know what you want and need. Their desire is for all humans to live within boundaries that they (the elites of the world) set up, they will control ingress and egress to each Regional Development, they will control the amount of water, electricity, gas, fuel, and food each community gets, and so on…
All you need to do is research it for yourself…start at the UN site and then ICLEI..it will lead you to the land of truth. Or you can go on believing that they are doing this because they care about you and the planet…the choice of course is yours.

It appears to me that you are totally uninformed about the United Nations program know as Agenda 21. This program promoted under the name of ICLEI as Thelma discusses above is a UN Treaty signed by President George H.W. Bush 41. Subsequent to his signing this treaty the administrative bureaucrats in DC have tied every federally funded project where they give back our tax dollars to the City, County and State Governments (if and only if) the local governments are in compliance with the goals and objectives of ICLEI under the UN Agenda 21 charter and mandates.
You know John it all sounds so sweet and innocent to the average uninformed American that has been totally brainwashed by our public education system to believe America is responsible for all of the Earths problems, both environmentally and economically.
“Renewable Energy” “Sustainable Development” Who wouldn’t want that?
When you start to actually use your brain and really study the issues and the subject matter at hand with an analytical approach you will see that Al Gore’s “Global Warming” hoax was all part of the grand scheme to defraud Americans and take America’s wealth and give it to Al and Obama and all of their elite leaders so that they can control all of the global wealth. They have no interest in sharing the wealth with you or anyone else in the world.
It’s “Global Governance” it’s a “One World Order”
You probably don’t agree with me that America is Exceptional?
You are the one that is misguided and ignorant of the reality of what is happening in the world.
The final goal is to take all property ownership from all of the individuals and turn it all over to the collective to the central government that knows better than you how to run your life. Read 1984 then look around you and try to deny that it isn’t here.
Just one note: Agenda 21 is not a treaty…it was an agreement.

Calling people names makes no friends, how about a example of how Agenda 21 can be the devil in Sheep’s clothing. For instance planning for “a better city that is easier to get around, have cleaner air, safer, and better environments for our family”. Sounds great right, hell I want to live there. Enter Agenda 21, if I want to live there they can force me to instal one of those “Low Flow Toilets” now I got sh%t in my toilet I can’t get rid of.
So that’s the way it is John, a real toilet or Agenda 21 sh%t.
So I guess it doesn’t phase y’all that the Houston region is projected to add a million ppl per decade from now til the forseeable future? Do you have any idea the strain that kind of growth puts on water and transportation systems? The ability to get a job? So u think we should just all go home watch King of the Hill and polish our Hummer? Well u go right ahead. I love that I can CHOOSE to bike to work. rather than wait for $5 gas I can get fit, save money and feel good about myself and my CHOICES. Sounds like if it were up to y’all id be forced to be stuck in traffic idling while my gas and my peace of mind get eat up in traffic. This is America. They may incentivize water conservation etc but noones going to make you…not unless we default to the Chinese on our massive debt…then they might make us if their million man army gets deemed the debt collector. Worry about them and their buddies in Iran. They are more of a threat than people that want to do a little growth planning and keep our natural resources clean…hello…mcfly…
I’m a firm believer in R&D, we need to continue developing new and improved technology in the waste water treatment industry. It cost to flush the toilet and being a firm believer in capitalism I have no doubt those in the business will continue to find new and better products and services to offer there toilet flushing costumers.
If you want to ride a bike to work feel free to do so. Cars Trucks and buses pay for the roads, when there’s enough bikes paying enough by all means let’s add a lane for them.
